Nose Correction (Rhinoplasty)

Proaesthetic generally perform nose correction procedures with invisible incisions inside your nose. First the skin is lifted off of the underlying bone and cartilage framework that are removed or rearranged to sculpture a new structure. Following skin is replaced and incisions are closed. Open rhinoplasty surgery needs a small incision across the nose's base.

We perform both correction techniques depending upon the desired results. We also specialized in correction procedures by using your own body's cartilage and bone instead of synthetic implants because that's not that risky. Revision Rhinoplasty often needs cartilage grafts e. g. to rebuild nasal tip. Grafts can be taken from the nasal septum as well as the ear or ribs. In cases of a completely collapsed noses bone from the hips can be taken to restructure a new shape sculpture.

Correction surgery is performed under general anaesthesia and takes between sixty and eighty minutes. Following surgery all patients receive a complete examination and suggestions how to behave to enhance healing process.
