Breast reduction surgery removes excess adipose tissue. Mammary gland tissue and skin as well as large areolas can be minimized.

The technique is comparable to the scarless lift process. The particular technique depends on your personal constitution. With each technique fat, breast tissue and skin are reduced. The procedure can be combined with a liposuction to remove excess adipose tissue from the flank and underarm area. Surgery is done under general anesthesia and takes one and a half to two and a half hours. With few exceptions we use dissolvable sutures. Following reduction process you will get supportive bandages for one to two days and hospitalisation will be at least about one overnight stay.

After surgery your breast will be swollen for several weeks and you will get bandages to support the healing process. You should take a leave of absence from work for about one week to ten days. As a final result of the operation your breast will look smaller, shaper and at least more attractive.
